Am I able to view the vintage pieces in person?
Absolutely! Just email us and we’ll set up an appointment for you to see everything.
How do I reserve a piece of vintage?
Just email us with what items you would like to rent! We will compose a proposal for you that will include a total amount with a custom quote for delivery fees if applicable. After we submit a proposal to you and you accept it, we require a signed rental agreement and 50% of proposal amount to reserve the items. The last 50% is due 10 days before the event. All payments are refundable if invoice is cancelled at least 60 days before event. If cancelled less than 60 days before event, payments are refunded less a 30% fee.
What is the rental fee?
The rental fee is the cost to rent the item and includes up to a 48 hour rental period (48 hour rental period is based on availability).

What are your delivery fees?
The Delivery fee is a separate fee that covers the labor to transport the furniture pieces from Ruby’s Vintage Rental warehouse to your event. It includes the cost of labor moving the items as well as trailer/truck rental and mileage/auto expenses. This fee includes a roundtrip from Rubys to your event to drop off as well as another roundtrip to your event to pickup. Delivery fees are provided through a custom quote on the proposal.
Can I pick up items myself?
Yes! Client has the option to pick up rentals and drop off which would waive any delivery fees. Proper accommodations should be made to safely transport your rental items. It is the sole discretion of Ruby’s Vintage Rentals to withhold rental items if the transportation does not seem secure or if there is a high risk of damage. Ruby’s Vintage Rentals will provide one person to assist with loading and unloading items at the time of pick-up and drop-off. Items become the responsibility of the renter from the time the items are loaded to the time the items are returned.
